The invention relates to an anti-skid stud, which, includes a body (11) equipped with a base flange (10). The anti-skid stud also includes a pin (13), which forms the grip and wear surface of the anti-skid stud, fitted partly inside the opposite end (12) of the body (11) to the base flange (10). The anti-skid stud further includes a sleeve (14) fitted around the body (11), in order to create a second grip surface in the anti-skid stud. In addition, the sleeve (14) is of a hard metal or a material similar to a hard metal. The invention also relates to a vehicle tyre. |
