<p>A method, apparatus and system for controlling and processing network television service are provided, wherein, in the controlling and processing method, a network server generates and sends network control operation indications to a terminal device, the network control operation indications carries playing operation information for describing IPTV service operations, the terminal device receives the network control operation indications, executes the corresponding IPTV service operations based on the playing operation information. In the embodiment of present invention, the network server sends the network control operation indications comprising the playing operation information describing the IPTV service operations to the terminal device, so as to control the terminal service to execute the IPTV service operations described by the playing operation information at a preset time.
