A method, device and system for realizing media content inter-broadcasting in IPTV are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The present invention relates to the network inter-connection field, and is designed for resolving the problem of only aiming to all subscribers in the area to perform the program broadcast in the prior art. A method for realizing media content inter-broadcasting in IPTV provided by the embodiments of the present invention, includes the steps of: receiving an inserting prompt information; obtaining the second media content matched with the user information; sending the second media content to a user terminal according to the inserting prompt information. By adopting the embodiments of the present invention, it's possible to perform program inserting according to the requirement and characteristic of the user.
