PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device capable of surely folding a sheet at a predetermined folding position in a folding process and conveying the same, and an image forming device having the sheet processing device. SOLUTION: This sheet processing device is provided with first, second and third folding rollers, 255, 256, 264 for conveying a sheet P while folding the same into the Z-shape, a guide member 271 for guiding the sheet P folded by the first and second folding rollers 255, 256, an abutting member 260 on which a fold obtained by one folding of the sheet P guided by the guide member 271 is abutted, and a Mylar 263 mounted near the folding roller on the guide member 271 for energizing the sheet P. The Mylar 263 energizes the sheet in a state of being projected to a nip part side of the second and third folding rollers 256, 264.
