PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conveying equipment simplifying constitution and reducing cost. SOLUTION: This conveying equipment 12 has a non-driving type conveying passage 15 constituted of a plurality of deceleration areas having a zone group, and a brake means 222 for braking every zone is installed. A detecting means 262 for detecting a conveying article W positioned in its own deceleration area according to each deceleration area is installed, and a control means 272 for controlling the brake means 222 in its own deceleration area is installed. The control means 272 . controls the brake means 222 based on the detection of the detecting means 262 in its own deceleration area, and brakes each zone of its own deceleration area according to the movement of the conveying article W.
