PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open sandwiching method to solve the problem of a conventional technique. SOLUTION: The open sandwiching method comprises the step of building an open sandwiching combined structure having a shell and a concrete. The method further comprises the steps of laying a vacuum mat on a concrete slurry surface placed in the shell, then forming a pressure reduced or vacuum state between the mat and the concrete slurry surface by a vacuum pump, and initially curing the concrete.
