PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support corresponding to an operation history of client at a money and banking terminal.

SOLUTION: A system 1 includes: the money and banking terminal 30 installed at a banking location 20; and a center 10 with the money and banking terminal 30 connected by a communication line N1. The center 10 includes a database 12 for storing data. When the client P1inserts a card to the money and banking terminal 30, support information corresponding to the client is transmitted from the database 12 to the money and banking terminal 30 to regulate a volume of audio guidance and a brightness of an operation screen.
