<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular knitted fabric that includes a filament yarn having a single filament diameter of 10-1,000 nm and thickness of not more than 0.4 mm and exhibits excellent adhesion to an object without impairing the shape stability of circular knitted fabric, and to provide a textile product. <P>SOLUTION: The circular knitted fabric includes a filament yarn A having a single filament diameter of 10-1,000 nm, a thickness of not more than 0.4 mm, and a yarn length per 50 wales in the circular knitted fabric of not more than 90 mm, and exhibits excellent shape stability and adhesion.
