<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element having the improved efficiency of using light, to provide a manufacturing method of the optical element, and to provide a light-emitting device having the optical element. <P>SOLUTION: The optical element includes: a light-transmitting structure which includes a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface; and a first reflection-preventing layer which is laminated on the first surface, contains a plurality of first refractive index buffering particles deposited such that, as getting away from the first surface, the particles are more coarsely arranged and changes the rate of a change of light reflective index from the light-transmitting structure to an air layer to decrease the light reflectance of the first surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
