<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type pallet which can be assembled without being restricted by the width of a wood constituting the pallet and containing a connecting fitting with a sufficient strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lower frame body 3 consisting of a plurality of square timbers 2 which are arranged in parallel at intervals on the same horizontal face and respectively make through-holes 2a for bolts penetrated through in the horizontal direction, an upper frame body 5 consisting of a plurality of square timbers 4 which are passed orthogonally to the square timbers 2 on the upper face of the lower frame body 3, are arranged at intervals each other and respectively make bolt through-holes 4a penetrated through in the horizontal direction, and intersecting square timbers 2 and 3 are connected with each other by connecting fittings 60. The connecting fitting 60 respectively extends a first connecting piece 62 orthogonally standing from two side parts 61a and 61b orthogonal of a horizontal base plate 61 and a second connecting piece 63 hanging orthogonally, and respective connecting pieces 62 and 63 make bolt through-holes 62a and 63a. The bolts 8 and 9 to be passed through the through-holes 62a and 63a pass through the through-holes 2a and 4a of respective square timbers 2 and 4 and fastened by nuts 12 and 15 to connect the square timbers 2 and 4 each other.
