ASEPTIC FILLING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of an aseptic packaging body in an in-line system. SOLUTION: An aseptic filling method comprises: heating a preform 1 while continuously travelling it; sterilizing this heated preform by blowing a gas G or a condensed mist M of hydrogen peroxide to it; blow-molding the preform heated and sterilized in a continuously travelling mold 4 to manufacture a bottle; taking out the bottle from the continuously travelling mold; filling a content into the bottle while continuously travelling; and sealing it with a cap. It is possible to appropriately perform a sterilization processing, to fill the content and to seal it while the preform and the container are travelled at a high speed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
