<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can reliably inform only a user of an incoming call or information, without being recognized by others. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device (exemplified by a mobile phone device 1) has a temperature informing device 20, which informs the user by controlling a predetermined position of an outer surface thereof so as to have a temperature other than an insensitivity temperature range of humans. In response to occurrence of an informing event, the temperature informing device 20 changes the temperature of the predetermined position, thereby a combined stimulation of warm-spot stimulation and cold-spot stimulation is generated.
