<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemodialysis system permitting setting of more detailed dialysis conditions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hemodialysis system comprises an artery-side blood circuit, a vein-side blood circuit, a blood pump, a dialyzer, a dialysis solution feed circuit, a dialysis solution discharge circuit, and a dialysis solution control device for controlling the quantity of feeding and discharging of the dialysis solution. The hemodialysis system also comprises a waste solution flow measuring means for measuring the quantity of the waste dialysis solution discharged from the dialysis solution discharge circuit; a branched circuit disposed in the dialysis solution discharge circuit for feeding part of the discharged waste dialysis solution to the branched circuit; a substance concentration measuring means disposed in the branched circuit for continuously measuring the concentration of the substance in the waste dialysis solution flowing in the branched circuit; and a measuring result processing means for calculating the total quantity of the exchanged substance between the blood and the dialysis solution by the dialyzer during the dialysis treatment based on the result of measurement by the substance concentration measuring device and the waste solution flow measuring means.
