PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene based resin composition being excellent in impact-resistance. SOLUTION: The propylene based resin composition comprises 0.1-50.0 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer component (A) and 50.0-99.9 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer component (B). The propylene-ethylene copolymer component (A) is obtained by continuously multi-step-polymerizing a crystalline propylene polymer component and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component, and has a characteristic such as the following (A1). The propylene-ethylene copolymer component (B) is obtained by continuously multi-step-polymerizing a crystalline propylene polymer component and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component, and has characteristics such as (B1)-(B3) (not shown). (A1) An amount of the components (A-C) mainly comprising the crystalline polyporopylene fractionated and quantified by a temperature elevation crystalline fractionation method is 10-98 wt.% relative to the whole amount of the propylene-ethylene copolymer (A), and an amount of the component (A-A) mainly comprising the propylene-ethylene random copolymer is 2-90 wt.% .
