PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing electrophotographic toner, capable of easily performing manufacturing of toner by particulate toner recycle with high productivity while satisfactorily maintaining dispersion of a pigment, a wax, a charging controlling agent or the like without needing increase in manufacturing facility, increase in manufacturing processes, increase in manufacturing time or the like. SOLUTION: The method comprises processes of mixing a toner raw material including a binder resin and a coloring pigment; melting and kneading the mixture; pulverizing and classifying the melt kneaded product; adding fine particles generated in the pulverization and classification process to the mixing process; and spraying a liquid soluble to the binder resin to the raw materials and fine particles in the mixing process.
