摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar, capable of simply and highly accurately adjusting the direction of itself in installation, and to provide a method for adjusting the direction of the installation of the laser radar. SOLUTION: The laser radar includes: a light-projecting unit 2; a scanning part 3 for scanning the laser light LT emitted from the light-projecting unit 2; a light reception part 4 for receiving the reflected laser light LR, reflected from a measurement target area E and returned; a control part 5 for controlling the projection timing of the laser light LT and the scan by the scanning part 3; a calculation part 6 for obtaining three-dimensional information of the measurement target area E, based on the projection timing and light reception timing; and a laser marker 10 for forming planar laser beams H, V along the horizontal and vertical planes by emitting the laser light L in place of the light projecting unit 2, by receiving a projection instruction from the control part 5, wherein the calculation part 6 calculates the respective adjustment amounts of the pitch direction, roll direction and yaw direction of the scanning part 3, based on the horizontal plane information and vertical plane information of the planer laser beams H, V which return to the light-receiving part 4 via the scanning part 3, in a step, when the planer laser beams H, V are formed by the laser marker 10.
