The present invention relates to a combination of (a) a chemokine receptor 1 (CCRl) antagonist and (b) a glucocorticoid receptor modulator. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said combination and to methods of treatment of airway diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma in mammals by administrating said combination. The invention also relates to a kit comprising the combination and use of said kit in treatment of airway diseases.
