<p>This invention provides an electrode foil having a structure comprising a metal foil, and metal particles and ceramic particles composed mainly of valve metal particles and/or ceramic particles having a permittivity deposited on the metal foil and an electrolytic capacitor comprising the electrode foil. The electrode foil is produced by disposing an aluminum foil within film forming chamber in an aerosol chamber, producing aerosol from the aluminum powder, and spraying the aluminum powder as the aerosol onto the aluminum foil disposed within the film forming chamber to deposit aluminum particles onto the aluminum foil.</p> |
