AREA-VARIABLE CAPACITIVE SENSOR HAVING A MECHANICAL GUIDE

PURPOSE: An area-variable capacitive sensor having a mechanical guide is provided to prepare a mechanical guide to compensate alignment error of initial stage and maintain a gap of variable area capacitive type sensor. CONSTITUTION: A spring element provides in the direction which weaves a fixing element(10) or the cohesive power which adheres one of the moving element(20) closely about one another to the driving direction. According to the change of the electric capacity between the fixed element and the moving element, the electric power supply is supplied to the conductive pattern of one which generates the output signal. A signal detecting circuit is connected to the conductive pattern where the electric power supply is not applied and it outputs the electric signal from detecting the change of the electric capacity between the fixing element and the moving element.
