<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which is less likely to break a wire, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a package 10 which has an inner wall surface and also has a space inside, a first electronic component 21 and a second electronic component 22 disposed in the package 10, a solid or liquid conductive member 30 which electrically connects pads 21a and 22a of the electronic components 21 and 22 to each other and has both flowability and deformability, and a nonconductive member 40 charges in the space formed of the inner wall surface of the package 10 and the conductive member 30 in the package 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
