<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a receiving status of digital television broadcast at a route to be passed through from now on. <P>SOLUTION: This on-vehicle digital TV receiving system which is mounted on a mobile object, and receives the digital television broadcast includes means for measuring receiving quality of the digital television broadcast, storing the measured receiving quality with positional information, notifying the receiving quality at a running route based on the positional information and the receiving quality which are stored, and acquiring positional information and receiving quality which other vehicles have.
