<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a unit channel type buffer circuit which is high in convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A buffer circuit formed of a thin-film transistor of a unit channel on an insulating substrate includes: (a) a first output stage, having circuit configurations where first and second thin film transistors are serially connected with the connection middle point of first and second thin film transistors as an output edge; (b) a second output stage, having circuit configurations where a seventh thin film transistor to whose first control wiring a control electrode is connected and an eighth thin-film transistor, to whose second control wiring the control electrode is connected are serially connected for applying a potential appearing in the connection middle point of the seventh and eighth thin-film transistors to a third control wiring; and (c) a ninth thin-film transistor, having circuit configurations where one main electrode is connected to the first control wiring, and the control electrode is connected to third control wiring for applying the potential of the same logical level as a set pulse to the first control wiring during the period where output pulse appears on the output terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
