PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor chip tray which prevents the shakes and damages of semiconductor chips more effectively than conventional ones. SOLUTION: The semiconductor chip tray 1 includes a chip tray 3 having storing pockets 31 for storing semiconductor chips 4 and an upper cover 2 attached fixedly to the chip tray 3.
