PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the coating efficiency of a spray gun for coating of inner surfaces and realize an atomizer having improved atomizing performance and allowing miniaturization. SOLUTION: The spray gun for coating of inner surfaces includes a pipe-like coating passage having a coating valve at the tip and an air pipe forming an air passage therearound, and a coating and compressed air are supplied from the rear operation body and sprayed from the atomizer at the tipe. The atomizer at the tip has a nozzle having a large number of coating spraying outlets opened outward from the center of the spraying axis, an air nozzle forming annular air outlets opened forward with respect to the coating sprayed from the coating spraying outlets and a deflection plate arranged forward with respect to the air outlets and blocking the sprayed flow to diffuse toward surroundings.
