PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver content information useful for a user, and also reduce an amount of the delivery. SOLUTION: A delivery system includes onboard equipment and a center device for delivering the content information to the equipment. The center device includes a storage part for storing information of a target point where service is available and information of an information provision point where the content information is reproduced, and a control part for acquiring information on a destination and/or a route of a vehicle from the onboard equipment, acquiring information, from the storage part, of the target point and/or the information provision point positioned within a predetermined range from the destination and/or the route and organizing the content information containing acquired information on the target point and/or the information provision point (steps S22, S23, S28 and S29).
