<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fixing structure of a stud member capable of securing load resistant strength of a fixing section to a base fitting of the stud member and a method for manufacturing the fixing structure of the stud member. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of welding projections 40 projecting from one of opposing surfaces of an annular abutment projection part 22 and the base fitting 16 provided on the stud member 14 toward the other are formed on a circumference thereof. The annular abutment projection part 22 and the base fitting 16 are welded by the plurality of welding projections 40. A cylindrical caulking part 20 provided at a base end part of the stud member 14 is caulked to form a caulking part 68. Caulking force of the caulking part 68 is applied to an overlap section of the welded annular abutment projection parts 22 and the base fitting 16 to make the opposing surfaces 24, 60 of the annular abutment projection parts 22 and the base fitting 16 adhere closely. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
