<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid sampling circuit board capable of highly accurately measuring the components of body fluid in a simple constitution and simply measuring it a plurality of times even with a single body fluid sampling circuit board, its manufacturing method, its using method, and a biosensor with the body fluid sampling circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A blood sampling circuit board 1 is provided with a belt-like metal board 12, a plurality of puncture needles 7 formed from the metal board 12 along the longitudinal direction of the metal board 12 by opening the metal board 12, and a plurality of electrodes 9 for coming into contact with the blood sampled by the puncture of the puncture needle 7. The blood sampling circuit board 1 is wound around and projects a puncture needle 7 to incline diametrically outward from the circumferential direction.
