PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which can improve operability and safety. SOLUTION: A vehicle navigation device CN stores a terminal ID of a mobile telephone MP in a ROM, and a center device SV stores the identification information of the vehicle navigation device CN, so that initial registration is completed. After the initial registration, even if a user ID and a password are not inputted to an operation device 4 of the vehicle navigation device CN, access can be performed by the authentication of the center device SV. Therefore, operability and safety are improved. Furthermore, since the user ID and the password for authentication are not stored in the vehicle navigation device CN, there is no possibility that the user ID and the password are known to a third person even if a vehicle AM is stolen.
