PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately identify an already received message and a new message and to advising only the new message in broadcasting distribution by cell broadcast or the like. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal stores an intrinsic identifier of each received message (step S7) respectively. Then, all the stored identifiers and the identifier of a newly received message are compared (step S4), and when there is no identifier matching each other, only a message corresponding to the newly received identifier is advised (step S6).
