PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to use generally used game cards for playing various games, allow the user to easily change the titile of a game played, and further provide a card game or the like allowing the user to easily create an original game card. SOLUTION: A seal 9 with an IC tag 8 is issued to the user by an image printing device 7 provided with a camera 10 for taking an image of an object and a seal outputting means 13 for printing and outputting the image 11 of the object on a seal mounting 12 with the IC tag 8 in which a card ID is recorded. The card ID is read from a game card 4 on which the seal 9 is stuck and game contents, etc. associated with the card ID are retrieved to enable the user to play a game. In the case the card ID is not registered, a key ID which specifies the game contents selected by the user and a game title are registered in a game card information management DB in association with the card ID.
