<p>Provided is a generator for a rotor, which is enabled to raise a generation efficiency by a simple constitution. A support member (11) is constituted to fix or release a slender stem member (25) to or from the rotor. Rotary members (12a and 12b) are so mounted individually on the two ends of the stem member (25) as can turn on the center axis around the stem member (25). A control unit (15) is constituted to release the fixture of the stem member (25) from the rotor, when the moving directions of the individual rotary members (12a and 12b) by the rotations around the stem member are identical to the moving directions by the rotations of the rotor so that the individual rotary members (12a and 12b) are accelerated, and to fix the stem member (25) to the rotor, when the moving directions of the individual rotary members (12a and 12b) by the rotations around the stem member are reversed from the moving directions by the rotations of the rotor. A generator unit (16) generates the electric power by recovering the energy which has been acquired when the individual rotary members (12a and 12b) were accelerated by the rotations of the rotor.</p> |
