PURPOSE: A method for producing liquor-producing water from deep sea water is provided to safely produce liquor and enhance freshness of the liquor. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing liquor-producing water from deep sea water comprises: a step of collecting deep sea water, heating at 20-30°C, then filtering; a step of desalinizing the deep sea water; a step of adjusting pH concentration of the water to pH 9-11 then treating through reverse osmosis filtration process; a step of injecting the water in the treatment bath; a step of modifying water at 0.5-10 voltage; and a step of transferring the water to a water bath then produce the liquor-producing water. |
