PURPOSE: A separation process of a simulated moving bed without using an eluant is provided to separate materials through supply of fluid materials, and to offer economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A separation system of a simulated moving bed without using an eluant includes a column part and a discharge part. The column part is filled with adsorbents to separate strong adsorption materials and weak adsorption materials from fluid compound. The discharge part exhausts extract and extract residue. The fluid compound is put into an inlet of the process. The fluid compound supplied to the column part is moved to an opposite direction of the moving direction of the adsorbent. The column part includes a first column(10), a second column(20), and a third column(30).
