<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase specificity of a tag for expressing a nucleic acid molecule (e.g., gene), by obtaining two tags (ditag) per one nucleic acid molecule. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is an isolated oligonucleotide containing at least one ditag, wherein the ditag includes two joined first and second sequence tags, the first tag includes the 5'-terminal sequence of the nucleic acid molecule or a fragment thereof, and the second tag includes the 3'-terminal sequence of the nucleic acid molecule or a fragment thereof.
