PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of increasing the operating rate of the game machine by making a player voluntarily continue the play till the start of a probability variable mode can be recognized. SOLUTION: A regular variable winning device for executing a regular variable display game is disposed in the game machine. An announcement delay control means executes the display in a mode in which whether the play is in the probability variable state or not can not be recognized after termination of a special game state regardless of whether the probability variable state is generate or not, and executes the display in the probability variable mode when the number of times of variation in the variable display game after termination of the special game state reaches a value set in a probability variation announcement delay counter and when the play is in the probability variable state. A probability variation generating means is configured not to vary the probability of the stopping/displaying mode of a regular symbol variable display game becoming a jackpot mode as in the probability variable state even when the probability variable state is generated.
