<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation source grid for X-rays, and the like, which is used for X-ray phase imaging that can enhance the spatial coherence. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This radiation source grid for X-rays is arranged in between the X-ray source and an analyte to be used for X-ray phase imaging. The radiation source grid for X-rays is equipped with a plurality of partial grids, comprising protrusions of thickness enough to shield the X-rays that are periodically arrayed at a regular interval.
