PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that remotely operates electric devices prepared in an apartment room at low cost expense. SOLUTION: A remote control system 1 includes a mobile terminal 2 operated by an apartment resident, a Web interface device 4 which connects electric devices 9 installed in the resident room 3 to an Internet 5 by making it possible to remotely control, and an advertiser's server 6 which supplies advertising information to a Web site in the Internet 5. The advertiser's server 6 is provided with a user registration unit 11 which manages authentication information of the apartment and the residents, an address management unit 12 which manages IP addresses of the Web interface devices 4, and an access relay unit 13 which relays the access from the mobile terminal 2 to the Web interface device 4 using a Web page of the advertisement information.
