<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit capable of easily changing an output amplitude. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The output circuit includes: an amplifier 1 including a transistor Q2 for which input signals are inputted to an input terminal IN and whose collector terminal is connected through serially connected resistor R1 and resistor R2 to a power supply terminal; and an amplifier 2 including a second transistor whose base terminal is connected to the collector terminal of the transistor Q2, collector terminal is connected to the connection point of the resistor R1 and the resistor R2, and emitter terminal is connected to an output terminal OUT.
