<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control apparatus of a moving mechanism can prevent operation of a moving body from being disturbed due to acceleration or deceleration of the other moving body when one of a first moving body and a second moving body accelerates or decelerates with respect to the other and improve the positional accuracy of the first moving body and the second moving body during acceleration and deceleration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a first drive device 9 accelerates or decelerates the first moving body 5, a control device 13 controls a second drive device 11 to impart a drive force for canceling a force acting on the second moving body 7 due to the acceleration or the deceleration from the second drive device 11 to the second moving body 7. When the second drive device 11 accelerates or decelerates the second moving body 7, the control device 13 controls the first drive device 9 to impart a drive force for canceling a force acting on the first moving force 5 due to the acceleration or deceleration from the first drive device 11 to the first moving body 5.
