<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-reactor which performs the uniform temperature control, high viscosity solution sending and gas-liquid mixing or gas-liquid separation simultaneously. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The micro-reactor is provided with an elastic pipe which is formed from an elastic member and to which a fluid is introduced inside, an elastic pipe holding part which is cylindrically formed from a member with high heat conductivity and to which the elastic pipe is wound around the outer periphery, a temperature adjustment element installed at the inside of the elastic pipe holding part, a pressure chamber which is cylindrically formed so that it may embrace the elastic pipe holding part inside and in which a pressure adjustable sealed space is formed, a roller which is installed within the pressure chamber so that it can autorotate and which presses the elastic pipe wound around the elastic pipe holding part, and a driving mechanism which transfers the liquid introduced into the inside of the elastic pipe in a constant direction by rotatively driving the elastic pipe holding part and the pressure chamber relatively to a constant direction.
