PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic product compounded with elastic powder, having excellent impact resistance, easily removable with a small utensil such as a mat and smoothly extendable and spreadable on the skin. SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic product contains (a) 20-50 mass% platy powder of calcium sulfate dihydrate, (b) 0.5-7 mass% elastic powder and (c) 2-10 mass% liquid oil at a (b)/(a) mass ratio of 0.02-0.20. The platy powder of calcium sulfate dihydrate preferably has a major diameter of 30-100μm, a minor diameter of 20-50μm and a thickness of 1-3μm, and the elastic powder preferably has an average particle diameter of 3-35μm. The cosmetic product preferably further contains (d) 0.1-1.0 mass% solid oil powder in addition to the components (a) to (c).
