PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pressure transfer device which can certainly deliver a transfer film to a guiding means inside a liquid tank by preventing the film from meandering during depositing a liquid on the film, and can certainly achieve a liquid pressure transfer to a base material to which the transfer film is transferred. SOLUTION: This liquid pressure transfer device 1 is equipped with the liquid tank 5, liquid flow generating means 13, 15, and 16, a film feeding means 31, the guiding means 45, a weir 51, etc. A part of the transfer film 2 is transferred to a surface of the base material 3 to which the transfer film is transferred by liquid pressure action. The weir 51 is arranged on a receiving side 5a of the liquid tank 5 and below the film feeding means 31. The liquid W1 always keeps flowing so as to flow down along a sidewall surface 51a of the weir 51. The back side of the transfer film 2, which comes hanging down from the film feeding means 31, is sucked to the sidewall surface 51a of the weir 51 by the surface tension action of the liquid W1 and thus, the liquid deposits on the film. The guiding means 45 guides the transfer film 2 along the liquid flow direction while regulating the extension, in the width direction, of the liquid-deposited transfer film 2.
