<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that reduces vibrations of a circuit board caused by a capacitor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus S1, the circuit board 1 has a first land 11 to which a first terminal electrode 4 of the capacitor 2 is fixed and a second land 12 to which a second terminal electrode 5 is fixed, and has a slit 31 formed enclosing the first land 11. The slit 31 includes a first portion 32 disposed between the first land 11 and second land 12, a second portion 33 disposed on the opposite side from the second land 12 across the first land 11, and a third portion 34. Consequently, vibrations of the capacitor 2 are transmitted to a region of the circuit board 1 where the first land 11 is formed, but hardly transmitted to a main body of the circuit board 1 because of the slit 31.
