<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor integrated pump which can enhance bond strength of a separation board and resin furthermore. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A separation board 4 for partitioning between a stator 22 and a rotor 24 and between the stator 22 and a pump chamber 32 is provided, and a resin-molding portion 5 is formed on the side of the separation board 4 where the stator 22 is arranged by injecting a mold material 51 to bury the stator 22 and a control circuit 23 and then curing the mold material. The separation board 4 is provided with a projection 6 projecting into the resin-molding portion 5, and the projection 6 is recessed to form a filling portion 61 into which the mold material 51 of the resin-molding portion 5 flows. Consequently, bond strength of the separation board 4 and resin-molding portion 5 is enhanced by anchor effect of the projection 6, and the filling portion 61 serves as a latch to enhance anchor effect of the projection 6 furthermore thus enhancing bond strength of the separation board 4 and resin-molding portion 5 furthermore.
