A crystallizable glass which, even when formed by the float process, is less apt to devitrify during the forming, and which does not break in a forming step and a crystallization step. By forming and then heat-treating the glass, LAS crystals can be precipitated therein as main crystals. Also provided is a crystallized glass obtained by crystallizing the crystallizable glass. The crystallizable glass is characterized by substantially containing neither As2O3 nor Sb2O3 and by having a composition comprising, in terms of mass%, 55.0-73.0% SiO2, 17.0-27.0% Al2O3, 2.0-5.0% Li2O, 0-1.5% MgO, 0-1.5% ZnO, 0-1.0% Na2O, 0-1.0% K2O, 0-3.8% TiO2, 0-2.5% ZrO2, and 0-0.6% SnO2, TiO2+ZrO2 being 2.3-3.8%. |
