According to the present invention, an opening-and-closing mechanism couples a primary unit and a secondary unit, enabling the secondary unit to slide on the primary unit so the disclosed apparatus can open or close at least a part of the primary unit. This opening-and-closing apparatus comprises: a first coupling member and a second coupling member which are respectively coupled with the primary unit and secondary unit, a connecting unit which is joined with the second coupling member and permits sliding thereof, a first connecting member which is connected with both the first coupling member and the connecting unit and is permitted to turn around both a first axis and a second axis, a second connecting member which is connected with both the first coupling member and the connecting unit and is permitted to turn around both a third axis and a fourth axis, a first spring-loaded unit with a first resilient member which applies elasticity between the second coupling member and connecting unit, a turning member which turns with the first connecting member around the first axis, a linear-movement member which moves along the circumferential direction of the first axis, a second spring-loaded unit with a second resilient member which contacts the turning member with the linear-movement member. A cam unit is formed in the turning member of the second spring-loaded unit and made to contact the linear-movement member.
