PURPOSE: A fuel filter assay is provided to prevent acceleration badness of a vehicle by air remaining in a fuel filter. CONSTITUTION: A fuel filter assay comprises a housing(6), a filter(7) and a center pipe(11). The housing is connected between a high pressure pump and a fuel tank with a conduit line. The high pressure pump supplies the fuel to a common rail(3) spraying the fuel into an engine. The filter is built in the housing and filters impurities from the fuel pumped by the fuel tank. The center pipe is built in the inner space of the housing in the longitudinal direction. The center pipe discharges the fuel from the bottom using suction force of the high pressure pump. The center pipe is made of a pipe body(11a) and an upper end body(11b).
