PURPOSE: A metal nano-composite material manufacturing method is provided, which can produce nano-composite material in a simple process by applying a casting method. CONSTITUTION: A metal nano-composite material manufacturing method comprises a step for preparing alloy by making Cu-B alloy into ingot; a step of inserting the ingot into a quartz tube having a nozzle and melting the ingot within the chamber; a step for forming the chamber into vacuum; a step for injecting the argon gas into the chamber; a step for transferring the molten solution; a step for performing in-situ reaction in the mixing chamber; a step for spraying the molten solution passed in-situ reaction using a nozzle; and a step for cooling the molten solution passed the spraying step.
