PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cationic active energy beam-curable ink composition, which is excellent in outdoor weatherability and has sufficient curing sensitivity.

SOLUTION: The curable composition contains an amine-based compound, cationically polymerizable compound and cationic polymerization initiator, the amine-based compound being represented by the general formula (1) (wherein, Z represents a hydrogen atom, an alkoxy group, or a cycloalkoxy group, R1and R10represent each a 1-4C alkyl group, R2and R9represent each a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group, and R3to R8represent each a hydrogen atom or a substituent).
