<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for presenting a tactile compound reality environment of deeper immersed feeling by making the tactile available when touching a real object closer to the tactile when touching a virtual object. <P>SOLUTION: A contact determination part 103 acquires position attitude information on a portion where a tactile presenting device 10 is attached, first information representing position attitudes and shapes of respective real objects constituting a real space, and second information representing position attitudes and shapes of respective virtual objects constituting a virtual space. Then the contact determination part 103 determines, using the information, whether an object contacting to the portion is a real object or a virtual object. A stimulation control part 108 sets a reference value for controlling the drive of the tactile presenting device 10 according to the fact whether the object touching that portion is the real object or the virtual object, and controls the drive of the tactile presenting device 10 based on the set reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
